Erickson Corporate has developed a 3-day (24 hours) International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited curriculum to provide Managers, Senior Executives and Organizational Coaches with a set of effective team coaching skills for use within their organizations.

In this three day course, participants learn how to develop an energetic team-thinking/planning environment in which innovative solutions become a consistent pattern. Leaders learn how to transform a group of individuals into achievement-oriented high performance teams.
