Erickson Corporate Training, has developed a four day curriculum (32 hours) on preparing today’s leaders towards managing the organizational talent and performance.Mastery of Leadership prepares today’s leaders to lead their people and organization towards greater success.  Leaders can succeed only when they can foster employee commitment towards achieving their business goals. Employee commitment is the key to superior performance.

This program will enable leaders to sharpen their leadership & coaching skills so that they can attract and retain the talent they need for success, foster growth in others, learn how to provide effective feedback, create learning opportunities for others, inspire superior performance and reward high performers.

This program focuses on creating Powerful Dialogue based on trust between the Leader and her/his people.

Rapport:  Preparing the physical environment and clarifying the intention of the coaching session.

Creating the experience:  Asking open-ended, curious questions.

Naming the Outcome:  Bringing to light those things that are unspoken but are obstacles to moving forward.

Listening skills: Effective listening, coach position, and listening for possibility.

Backtracking:  Building awareness of behavior, thought processes, and actions.

Creating space for “Aha!” moments.

Completion and Celebration: Reflection on the benefits of the conversation and celebrating results.

Debrief:  Offering specific, measurable, focused feedback to overcome obstacles and foster a change in behavior.
