ICF Accredited Workplace Coach Training Program

Erickson Coaching International is delighted to announce the availability of the new Associate Certified Coach (ACC) program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) that will help build work place Solution Focused and Outcome Oriented coaching skills.

Intensive, academic and highly experiential in person/tele-class training are complimented by 10 hours of telephone/Webex based mentorship and peer Coaching practicum. This blended approach delivers an integrated learning experience to ensure the integration of new coaching skills is happening.

The 60 hour, three component program is designed to move candidates through the learning process with fun, flair and professional acumen. Every element of the program is designed to maximize learning for you, the learner.

Program Duration

The full program can be completed in about four months time. With the addition of 100 hours of coaching in the field, as well as the final testing procedure arranged by the International Coach Federation, you become an Associate Certified Coach through the ICF. Note that coaching hours already accrued before the start of the program are deemed admissible by the ICF. This means that many persons already working with preliminary programs in the field can get a professional certificate as an Associate Certified Coach in about six months.
